IFP Minnesota is proud to offer facilities rental of our
Classroom and/or our Conference Room. These rooms
feature multiple configuration and multi-media opportunities
for presentation and exhibition. Rooms are available in
half-day and full-day rental packages. A kitchenette area
is available in an adjacent location that may be used
as a staging area for catering and/or reception space.
The square footage for the Classroom is 875 square
ft. The maximum occupancy for this space is 50 people.
The square footage for the Conference room is 200 square
ft. The maximum occupancy for this space is 10 people
with tables and 15 people without tables.
Our Classroom features a ceiling mounted LCD
projector, 5.1 audio surround system with Optical Monster
Cable, options for dvd, vhs, mini-DvCam, 16mm film, and
laptop projection.

Portable Media Carts (monitor, dvd, vhs, MiniDVCam, remote
controls)
Hard wired Internet port and Wi-Fi capability
Multi function phone with Speakerphone ability

Rental Rates:
General Public
Half-day (0-4 hours) :$150.00
Full day (4+ hours) : $300.00
IFP member/Non-profit
Half-day (0-4 hours) : $100.00
Full day (4 + hours): 200.00
25% of rental fee is required upon reservation
Cancellation Policy:
• 48 hours (2 business days) prior.
• If neglected, 25% of the rental is retained.
• Half-day reservations that exceed 30 minutes past
their reservation time will be billed for a full day’s
rental.
• Full day reservations that exceed 30 minutes past
their reservation time will be billed $50.00 per hour
for each additional hour.
• Prior notice must be given if food/beverage/alcohol
will be served during a reservation. Failure to do so
may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation
and/or a $100.00 processing/permit/clean-up fee being
added to the reservation bill.
IFP Minnesota reserves the right to refuse any Facility
reservation request. A written letter explaining the reason
for refusal will be provided with 7 business days of request.
Rooms should be left in the condition that they were found.
If carpet cleaning, trash removal, etc. needs to be performed
after the room rental, a $30.00 per hour clean-up fee
will be added to the final room rental billing statement.
Noise Warnings:
IFP Minnesota runs classes on different days and times
of the week. If you will be having a DJ or other activity
that may be generating an excessive level of noise, please
notify the reservations manager so they may work with
you to accommodate your reservation.
